Grand Haven is a multigenerational, amenity-rich, master-planned gated community of 1,901 single unit homes, townhouses and condos situated in Palm Coast, Florida located near the Atlantic Ocean between St. Augustine and Daytona Beach.
Its beautiful streets are lined with mature live oaks and manicured landscaping, making the neighborhoods feel part of nature.
Grand Haven boasts many amenities currently including:
The Creekside Center has one of the community's pools and spa, as well as a separate gym. It is also home to the employees of the Grand Haven CDD.
There are miles of beautiful walking & biking trails through preserve and natural areas, and along the picturesque Esplanade coquina trail that borders more than a mile of the Intracoastal Waterway.
Grand Haven is run by two entities that work collectively for residents: the Community Development District (CDD) governing all common areas and the amenities and the Grand Haven Master Association (GHMA) governing homes and yards.
Within Grand Haven there is also a privately owned 18-hole golf course. (Golf Club membership must be purchased separately and is not part of the CDD-provided amenities.)
