About the Grand Haven Master Association (GHMA)

The Grand Haven Master Association is a five member Board elected for two year terms by the property owners.

The GHMA structure also includes two standing committees, the Modification Architectural Design Committee (MADC) and the Fine Committee.

The primary mission of the GHMA is to support the governing documents of the community; specifically the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R’s) and the Architectural Design Standards. This serves not only to protect the unique beauty of Grand Haven but also to maintain or increase the value of perhaps the owner’s single most significant investment, their home and property.

The GHMA Board contracts with a specialist Community Management Services Company, currently Southern States Management Group (SSMG), to execute the day-to-day responsibilities for implementing the Grand Haven governing documents.
